Is there anyone from support that is able to help me? I have a support ticket open (request #40533) but it's been a week and no reply yet. Something is wrong with my account because when I log in all the servers say they are closed and the Play button is greyed out. I haven't logged into the account in a few years but when I created a new account it worked and I was able to log into that. I would like to access my old account because I have a bunch of ddo points on it.
