Since Update 37 Patch 1, we cannot use Eldritch Blast in a public area which means we can't test our build or get the buff with our main class ability. I don't have other caster types to try it, but hear others can't test their build's dps with their main attacks either due to public area restrictions. How about we get flagged, as it appears we once were where we could attack the dummy but not players, and/or get a new type with, say, 100,000 hp and area flagged for any attack type ? Something that doesn't fall over with a one shot from a max level character

I mean, come one, being able to test your build's dps is a fundamental part of the game that is now missing (and has been for others apparently).

Nice suggestion. Maybe they could put some training dummies in a quest for us. Make it a training quest with different tiers of dummies that required a certain amount of dps or a certain dc on spells.
