It started yesterday for me..

I tried to zone into bank in The Market.. I get loading screen , zero bar progress. I let it wait a few minutes.. nothing.. It never even starts..
I closed out game and restarted game, I was back in market.. try to zone in again... Screen hangs up on loading screen.. , I do this 2 more times..

I went to another zone like the airship.. it loaded just fine. Later that evening I tried the market bank.. zoned in just fine..

Today I was in a group we did a couple different quests in The Market.. We started quest repossession.. Hung up on loading screen. It didnt do it just for me, but any of us who tried to zone in. We had to keep quitting game and restarting it, only to get a hang screen again..

and then just now.. I was doing bookbinder rescue in Market. It hangs up on loading screen.. zero bar progress.. I exited game and tried again 2 more times.. Game just hangs up on entry to quest.
