One With the Blade (Kensei T5), Master Thrower (Halfling), and One With Blades (Vistani) do not stack; all are competence bonuses unfortunately. I'd drop the halfling tree, maybe at least splash 6 monk for 10k stars to use as well as multishot. I haven't built a thrower so other people will be able to help more, but that's a couple things I notice off the top

10k and multishot are on same cooldown timer. Believe was to nerf monkchers a long time ago.

Are they? The wiki says they put each other on a 30 second CD, but the normal CD is much longer and iirc there was a workaround in which you would use the other while one was on CD and it did nothing because it was already on a 30 sec+ cooldown.

I remember that nerf, but was there another one?
