    Default My years VIP was messed up by free time from expansion

    So It looks like the free sixty days of VIP Access I got from buying the Ultimate edition of the Mists of Ravenloft has overridden my years VIP. PLEASE HELP!

    did you log into your account and verify something is wrong? the way the email confirmation is worded is misleading. I thought mine was messed up too.. but when I checked my account, everything was fine.

    Don’t see the two month being redeemed in those screenshots, maybe try entering it again?

    Also, stop wasting points on hires ????

    it's the one that was blank at 9pm. I entered the code right away. Hires make up for the fact that there are no one to party with when I play. That and I'm VIP what other silly thing should I spend my points on? I can farm almost anything I would want out of the store and I don't buy the super pay to win items in the store.

    I have a similar issue, my VIP payment date never extended and no one replies to me, I'm talking of almost 3 months already...

    Ok on Day 3 now ....no response...Nothing quite like paying for the, shall we say 'pricey' prerelease, even though I have already been VIP for like 5 years, in order to support a game I love only to be locked out of services I ALREADY PAID FOR, and have zero acknowledgement of my exixstance ....I am hoping 3 days and posting on here is the secret formula to getting some customer service....I was fully planning on renewing my subscription which I buy a year at a time but seriously reconsidering now

    Make another ticket. it will bump you up on the list. They are backed up from holidays and good chance they are short handed.

    Right there with you. I re-upped my VIP for a year in November, then I just got rebilled in January for a year on the same and only account I have. I put in a ticket on SSG's website a week ago and finally PMed customer service on the forums on Monday and have yet to hear anything back.

    Good luck, hopefully we all see some sort of resolution soon.

    It would be really cool if a Dev actually comments or aknowledged this thread as being an issue
    not sure if its a cricket or osterich impersonation but its dead on for both


    I wish I could do something else other than post here day and night.....

    6 days now now response to ticket ...have no humour left this is just BS
    Way to support your core players
    No point in a long diatribe as SSG does not read or care about customer satisfaction
