yes I did it brought up the panel to pick some characters to use while free to play.
Don’t see the two month being redeemed in those screenshots, maybe try entering it again?
Also, stop wasting points on hires ????
Playing (and dying) since Open Beta...
it's the one that was blank at 9pm. I entered the code right away. Hires make up for the fact that there are no one to party with when I play. That and I'm VIP what other silly thing should I spend my points on? I can farm almost anything I would want out of the store and I don't buy the super pay to win items in the store.

Ok on Day 3 now ....no response...Nothing quite like paying for the, shall we say 'pricey' prerelease, even though I have already been VIP for like 5 years, in order to support a game I love only to be locked out of services I ALREADY PAID FOR, and have zero acknowledgement of my exixstance ....I am hoping 3 days and posting on here is the secret formula to getting some customer service....I was fully planning on renewing my subscription which I buy a year at a time but seriously reconsidering now

Right there with you. I re-upped my VIP for a year in November, then I just got rebilled in January for a year on the same and only account I have. I put in a ticket on SSG's website a week ago and finally PMed customer service on the forums on Monday and have yet to hear anything back.
Good luck, hopefully we all see some sort of resolution soon.
