Sounds like Dual-Wielding, do you plan to be Tempest? Do you want trapping? Heavy armor or Light?

Also may I ask why longswords? Dual-wielding light weapons (no Oversized 2WF) you're better off with Scimitars (assuming at least 3 Ranger), for bigger 2WF Khopesh beats out Longsword with +1 Crit Multiplier on the base weapon.

Longswords are pretty lousy but there are options:
    1) monks (whirling steel strike) can have dex to hit and damage with them in the ninja spy core, plus can boost their threat range (tier 5) and multiplier (capstone)
    2) paladin holy sword, so 14 paladin minimum
    3) various buffs from kensei, 6 levels ideally minimum
    4) tempest buffs from 12 ranger, better to use scimmies

Almost all of these are better with other weapons unless you just really want to use the longswords you have lying around...

I would play with 14 Paladin/6 monk, or 12 ranger/6 monk/2 rogue with trapping; or so many other splashes like these. None are necessarily optimal but if you are having fun...Monk can be centered with WSS but people get around centering with better weapons by using Kensei tier 5 or daggers (vistani).

I think if you are using tier 5 ninja you should do an option that uses the buff to shurikens, sting and assassin venomed blades synergy etc. so maybe 12 ranger/6 monk/2 rogue could be nice, though AP starved, or even 12 monk/6 ranger/2 rogue if you plan to avoid spending heavy AP in the ranger trees.
Wiki dashboard with some useful stealthplay links. LONG LIVE STEALTH!

    Yup that's it! Dual-wielding!
I want to focus on are slashing weapons.. If scimitars or khopeshes are better! Let's go with them.
Concerning the armour... The best I can get on 1st life!
No trapping skills.. My primary and only focus is slashing damage!

Pure Tempest is the obvious choice unless you want a different heroic PL; with the added benefit for a first-lifer of being able to use Scourge starter gear (except for the weapons natch). DEX-based with scimitars or STR-based with khopeshes are the usual choices. For the former, you can tweak my elven Ranger; for the latter, you can tweak the Cuisinart.

In that case, I would definitely second unbongwag's Cuisinart he linked above this post. You can take away some intelligence if you don't have access to the harper tree, but other than that it looks pretty accessible to anyone
    It's a Strength-based Khopesh user, solid damage
