Offhand Proc Chance: Beyond 100%

I playing with the idea of making a Dagger/Dagger Vistani Tempest and I was looking at offhand proc. Greater 2WF alone gives 80% offhand strike, with the 5th core (Whirlwind) in tempest doing " +10% stacking chance to make off-hand attacks when dual wielding."

With that combined with Double Daggers ("When fighting with a dagger in each hand: +20% stacking chance to make off-hand attacks when dual wielding weapons."), it would be 110% chance to proc offhand attacks. Does anyone know if the number caps at 100% chance? Or does it go beyond 100%, like doubleshot? And if it goes beyond 100%, how does it react with the offhand doublestrike chance? Just don't want to waste points where they aren't needed

AFAIK Offhand strike chance caps at 100%. What you'd want to look for for hitting multiple times with your offhand is offhand double strike chance (Like what is found from Tempest's Capstone and Perfect TWF). Regular Doublestrike doesn't count for additional offhand procs and vice versa.

It is the chance that when you get an offhand hit, you will also get an extra offhand attack, just as you do with (mainhand) doublestrike. I believe the Tempest capstone and Perfect TWF feat are the only things which boost your offhand doublestrike chance.

Vistani Knife Figher has a couple sources too (Celerity in T4 and the 3rd core), but other than that and the Scourge Iconic PL I think that's it. Not a common effect
