Fleetfoot Necklace Bugged?

Just equipped this item, but I am not noticing the feat "Wind Through The Trees" appearing on my examine screen or in my feats. Is this WAI? How can I know if this feat is now on my character or if this is a bug? Thanks in advance for any help.

Just to make sure because I don't have the item: Did you check if it was hiding in the subcategories that need to get expanded. As it is an epic destiny feat, it would be hiding a few layers deep.

Yeah, I did check there. I'm playing a monk too if that matters. Hopefully a Dev can shed some light on what is going on here.
