Monster manuals bugged after servermove

Posted on this problem my toon has ingame. My ticket got closed saying they had forwarded the problem to the bugcracker team, cause they cant help me.

My problem is that since i moved server the monstermaunals is bugged. Even after i kill again the correct amount of mobs on the new server i dont see the mobs hitpoints.

Any one has this problem also? Or have had and got it solved?

The strange thing is it isnt 100% missing out, i miss for example drow, human, hobgoblin and many more. But orcs and scorrows i see. All of those i had unlocked on former server Before i
transferred toon.

Plz help me i want to see the numbers again?!

(I have done as ingame gm said to me to do a bugreport but have any other had this problem solved? And how long time did it take for the crew to make it work again?)

the kill counts are server based

they dont transfer over

look in your monster manuals and see how many has been kills by player/party
and how many has been killed on account.

remember the killed on account will differ between servers


edit i have gone to different servers to do kills for the DDo points available for killing some enemies

I know they dont transfer over. I am maxed again and as i said its bugged so
I Cant see hitpoints even that all on the account is capped again.

No GM can help? I have got 0 response on the bug i submitted.

If it is too hard to fix my bug- cant a gm plz plz just reset all monstemanuals on thelanis for my account and on toons there?

I want to see mobs hitponts again, plz?

(If i tr my toons on thelanis so they get resetted monstemanuals and transfer them to a server i never have played on, will my bug dissapear? Problem is i like the ppl on Thelanis
so i want it fixed on Thelanis if it is possible?!)

I transferred my toons to Another server in a hope the bug would go away.

Bug is still here, many of the the new monsters i unlocked on Thelanis lingered on and is displayed as done in the mastery and account rewards. But when i hit the numbers in kills the art /stats/hitpoints isnt showed in the manuals.

I have bugreported it, repoerted it as a problem on my account through help panel and opened help tickets in game.

In game tickets just gets closed and state i should bug report it.

Bug report saidf i should open a different ticket then bugreport.

And last ticket is no response on.

Do any1 know if there is any way to just reset the whole manual plz plz so i can restart the manuals and get rid of this disastrous bug so i can enjoy the monstermanual?

(The GM in game isnt talking to me he/she just Close down ticket so i cant even ask if they are able to reset whole manual? I can pay whatever turbinepoints needed to get a fully functional account again plz?!)

(frustratinbg transfer toons and buying new ship for over 200 dollars and bug still here, i feel a tad cheated tbh) (But my own fault- i knew it was a long shot)

Was this ever fixed having the same problem now been waiting 6 weeks for dev response. monster manual bug after server move.
