Character inventory discount

The new promotion for this week states that there is 50% discount on character inventory, yet I don't see the discount on the ingame store.

As per this thread it appears that portion of the Week 5 December Deals was never turned on. Hopefully someone at Standing Stone will get it corrected before the end of the long weekend.
