    Default Ramdom Crashing Windows 10

Hello all, I hope you can help me with this.

I reinstalled windows 10 and come back to ddo recently, but I can t really play because I have ramdom crashes. Sometimes I can play a couple of hours with no crashes, then other times it keeps crashing every few minutes.

When it crashes, it sends me back to desktop with the error message "ddo has stopped working, etc".

I checked all my drivers, my windows is updated, I also tried installing dx10 and dx11 (ddo is using dx9 atm), but nothing worked..

So, this are my system specifications:
    Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
    12 GB Ram
    Radeon Rx 550 2 gb ddr5
    SSD

What else can I try? Or how can I diagnose what is my problem?

I would really like to keep playing DDO, but I found really annoying for me (and for my party) to crash when you are trying to do a quest...

    Well, thanks in advance

This similar kind of issue I have faced last week. And the issue was the software were not installed properly. Its not only the main issue for crashing Win 10. To know more details about the issue how to stop crashing, have a look here. Thank you,

Do you have compatibility turned on ? Running in admin mode ? DirectX 9 installed ?
"You are a Tiefling. And a Cleric, with the Domain of the Sun. Doesn't that contradict each other ?" "No, all my friends are playing evil. I found that so boring that I decided to be on the good side. And, besides, Sun and Fire, where is the difference, really ?"

I have a new Windows 10 gaming laptop and was having all sorts of random issues. I found that switching to the 32-bit version of the game corrected all of them. It's not ideal, but you may find the switch helps. This is a non-technical this-worked-for-me-it-might-work-for-you suggestion.

Switch to 32-bit on the Options menu of the Launcher. If it crashes on launch, delete or rename your UserPreferences file in This PC > Documents > Dungeons and Dragons Online and launch again.

    Hope this helps.
