    Default Purchase problems

    Ok I have raised both in game and tickets though the help system but still no response

    The issue - as can be seen from my purchase history I bought 2 x Sentience Toolkits x10 on Dec 9 just before being kicked out of the game for a Hotfix. I was charged 245 DDO points for each purchase, no e-mail confirmation was sent to me nor did I receive the items. So raised in game tickets ... somewhat contradictory,

    4070785 "Greetings *****! Thank you for your help request. The next time you login you should notice that your purchases have been delivered. If your items still have not been delivered, please submit a new ticket the next time you are online. We would like to thank you for your patience as we looked into this for you. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. - +***+

    Great methinks but on login no purchases so

    Christmas has come and gone but still no response - PLEASE this is a genuine purchase issue. A response to a customer would be nice!

    It is possible there was a server rollback since you bought them right before the server went down. Check your account history to confirm the purchase.

    Please could someone from SSG respond - it is a genuine issue. I know its 'only' 490 DDO points but that's not really the issue - your store has a bug! - I have submitted reports - why no response?
