Whirling Wrists

Under Shiradi Champion I have Whirling Wrists which add 60% to attack speed for throwing weapon. When I check on my character sheet and my range attack speed % never change. should I see my attack speed for range go up? Or is this something that works in the back ground and wont show up on the character sheet?
