    Default Reoccurring Account Status Dropped from VIP to FTP

    Hello all,

    I was playing fine last night on 12/12/2017. Excited to get home from work today to jump into more Ravenloft, I find that my account subscription was dropped to basic and I cannot log into my main toon that is half elven and my second that is monk. I checked my account associated email and there is nothing from SSG. My receipt from the subscription shows:

    Transaction date 1/12/2017 18:20
    Recurring plan DDO Subscription
    Period 1 month
    Date of the next charge 12/12/2017

    Did something happen that caused my account to be dropped on SSG's side? Please assist. Thanks a lot!

    This usually happens if they are unable to charge your credit card for some reason. First contact your bank to make sure it accepted the charge, and if that is the case you will have to put a ticked into help.standingstonegames.com

    Thanks for the reply. I think I may have found the issue. I purchased the sub when on Steam. I noticed via the DDO store in game that the sub was cancelled earlier today. So, I went to do the sub again via the store and it makes me log into steam again but adds the sub as steam cash. I am trying to figure out now how to make it apply to the game. I thought I saw someplace that there is some sort of "key" to associate the game via steam to the myturbine account. Still looking into that though. Any thoughts?

    UPDATE: Seems there is an issue between using Steam and DDO. So I launched the game directly from the Steam Folder and after I was in I was able to adjust the payment in the DDO. I then resubscribed. I did find a few emails from their charge site in my LoTRO folder that I had apparently set as a rule or something. Since I have a VIP in Lotro I don't pay anything there so I overlooked it. I am in DDO now and it is all good. Thx
