Unable to select 32 point builds

Please help. I know drow can't use them. Things I have tried:
1) purchasing 32 point builds
2)using a level 4 veteran character (in case they are level locked)
3)leaving the island (in case they are location locked)
4)VIP subscription
6)Contacting in game support
7)Contacting Standing Stones support.

Is there a button to push or something I am missing or do I need a level past 4 on the main island or something?

I am hoping some experienced player knows the answer as I have struck out with SSG support.

I think its automatic now you've bought in the store. Other than Drow, it should be impossible for you to now create anything *other* than a 32 pt character on a first lifer. I.e. there's no choice to make, it just happens.

There is no option to "select" 32 point builds when building a character, you either have them or you don't.
If you already purchased them, then on the screen during character creation where you adjust your base stats, you should have 32 points to spend, instead of 28. Unless the character has been TR'd one or more times. One reincarnation gets you 34 points, the second gets you 36. So how many points are on that screen before you've spent any?
