Does the melee and missile attacks use higher of melee or ranged power apply only to daggers and throwing knives?

Rapid throw supposedly puts manyshot and Ten thousand stars on a ten second cooldown. And this might seem silly but ....
Could you use a Rapid throw done right after using manyshot to reduce the 2 minute cooldown ( 1 min 40 secs left ) to 10 seconds?

Can we confirm that centered part of the deadly blades ability only works with melee daggers?

We've had a couple of threads about it and that seems to be the case. I haven't seen official dev confirmation that's WAI, but it would be waaay OP if it applied to all weapons, IMO. Imagine if shurimonks could convert all that tasty Melee Power in the Henshin cores into Ranged Power. Like they aren't OP enough vs every other ranged build!

No: what it means is that if MS and TTS aren't on CD - or the CD is currently less than 10 seconds - it sets their CD to a minimum of 10 seconds. It doesn't shorten their CD if it's already >10 secs. On the plus side, it doesn't add 10 secs to their CD if it's more than 10 secs, either. The goal is to keep you from stacking Rapid Throw with MS or TTS.

One quirk I noticed on Lama: if you have both Rapid Throw and Killer (from DWS or Assassin), Killer stacks won't proc, even when RT isn't being used. That's a bummer if you want to mix say archery with daggers, because you can't get that extra +20% Doubleshot any other way (during MS or TTS) with a bow. EDIT: I don't own Vistani so I can't check on live to see if it still works that way.

Seems to work like Kensei One with the Blade, which also only applies to melee Focus weapons, so I would guess it's WAI.
