Direct 3d

The last patch is breaking the game for me. Getting Error 105. Could not inialize 3D. Please ensure directx 9.0c or higher is installed. How do I fix this. I already tried several restarts and the game repair option did not work.

Tried that. It helped to a small degree. Before alt tab would crash the game. Now alt tab doesn'r work at all. Every time there is an update I have to spend all day uninstalling and downloading the game again because the new updates always cause problems with Directx.

Same situation here. Coincidence? Was assuming my graphics card was the culprit but now not so sure. Any advice for a non techy gamer? Assistance would be appreciated. Game loaded and updated fine but get the directx 3d warning and any attempt to adjust graphics crashes client. Thx.

It's not just you. After every update I get some kind of warning/problem with directx. I saw a lot of old post on this, but no working solutions for me.
