Default Best race for assassin, based on racial enhancement tree?

I am working on getting racial completionist, so I will have 11 extra racial enhancement point. What race make best use of those points for an assassin? Dex based? Int Based? Let hear thoughts on both based on the extra points in the racial tree.

My first thought was halfling for the extra dodge

Drow is interesting if only for the "nothing is hidden" enhancement

    Humans for the heal amp

    others?

dex-based halfling, hands down, in that it adds cheap sneak damage, improved dodge and dodge cap (max dex=max dodge) and natural boosts to sneaking.

Another option is to not go pure. My Prowler used a splash with elf 18/1 barb/1 archmage dragonmarks and spent 12 in the racial for extended displacement. There is a boost of defense with quick invisi extended and displacement of course. But you lose the capstone dps.

With vistani, I think dex halfling; you get the free racial APs and then can play around with AP in Harper KtA or even some vistani boosts.

I was thinking Aasimar might become the go-to race for melee builds with lots of extra racial APs. 16 APs gets you: +10 Melee Power & Vulnerability from Ascendant Bond; +5% doublestrike for 4 minutes per shrine from Divine Purpose (Fallen); Healing Hands from the cores; and two ranks of heal amp.

If you're INT-based, then drow, gnome, or sun elf are the obvious choices. I was wondering if Accuracy is a meaningful increase in DPS; if so, then it makes sun elf the best option.

I had not looked at Aasimar before since I do not have the tree--but yes, that boost in Melee power etc. is very tasty.

I am working on my last race now, Humans.

I think i will try my old Assassin build as a human just to get a base line. Using the extra human feat for the dragon mark allows for getting D-door at level 1. Although this is not necessary, it is a very nice to have. Plus you get a little extra heal amp.

After human, I think I will work on the iconic Assimar lives and got more into the vistani tree to compare.

When LE was new and many people were having trouble with "to hit" in LE content it did make a difference of 2 #s which translated to 10% rather than the 6% listed (tested by turning it on/off in solo LE tempest spine in the cave before stealth changes). It was either a rounding issue or something funky about the way straight % were implemented when the "to hit" curve was changed. I have not run the build in over a year so I am not sure with newer content.

I also agree aasimar would be a great fit for assassin with the healing hands, 60 healing amp and both stances have merit. Even the 1 ap quick draw has nice synergies with vistani if you want to go that way.

While Aasimar seems the best choice for me too, especially as Sa dmg is affected by 150% of the 10Mp it provides additionally to healing, i always loved ShadarKai dex build.
It provides a similiar Sa bonus like halfling and gives Shadowjaunt, which is extrauseful to reach your Assassinationtarget fast, adds in Nothing is hidden like the elf and Gloomstalker ofc, which grants your weapons a chance to blind, which is awesome for a an Assassin, giving you the opportunity to sa dmg or assassinate. It also has a chance of making enemies vulnerable to Sa attacks.
After some update Nothing is hidden and the +2 Sa became cheaper and are now perfectly affordable.
17Ap net you +1 dex, Shadow Jaunt every 30 sec, 2w SA, 3%dodge and Gloom Stalker, add 3 more Ap for full Nothing is Hidden enhancement
