Assorted thoughts as I listened today

Like many I tend to hold at level 18 until I hit level 20, & overall I tend not to run many of the level 18+ quests until I hit 20 when I can still get bravery bonus and, more importantly considering how much trouble some of those quests gave me back in the day, it's fun to go back in there with a maxed out destiny & get some revenge.

Dreaming dark chain I enjoy the story, but they can still be pretty tricky on elite, remember to make sure you can hit incorporeal enemies & pack your remove curse stuff to lessen the pain, plus in one of them is a very rare and very nasty trick to watch out for - disjunction traps! They'll completely supress your equipped items' magical effects for a while so if you can't disarm them, keep some backups or just strip down before pulling the levers.

The dreaming dark quest itself I typically only ever really run on casual for ioun stone farming (guaranteed ioun stone of some kind in every 3rd reward list & a chance in all of them) & even if you're doing the TR thing at 20, I recommend spending a little time to farm this out and upgrade an ioun stone since you can use them at level 5 - pale lavender is generally the best for it's spell absorbtion, but vibrant purple is a great one too, as it gives +200 SP, boosted up to double that with sorcerer or favoured soul levels so it's great for casters in lower levels - pro tip even at higher levels, equip it in public areas or before resting then just switch it out after buffing for what you actually want in that slot to get some essentially free bonus SP.

The shavarath yugoloth quests I rarely ever run since I get easily confused by the mechanics in there, apart from sins of attrittion which is relatively straightforward smashy funtimes. Wrath of flame is good for all the Malicia fans out there & weapon shipment is really fun to run for a chaotic challenge plus it's one of those ones where if you put up an LFM, you're practically guaranteed to get some people joining you because everyone wants that bauble, even non-casters since you can recharge destiny abilities.

In blown to bits if there isn't an explosive being placed while opening a chest it's generally because you're soloing.

Epic storm the beaches is great fun - and there's a good cheese trick to the ballistas, just go to the bottom of the wall directly below them & they'll fire downwards, destroying themselves Otherwise DoTs, hurl through hell or a fury-boosted ranged attack are your best bets unless you like playing high-stakes peekaboo.

I mainly use the supreme ability stats while levelling, to help hit levers & runes, they're particularly nice combined with the regular stats & rage potions to let you get all the optionals in tear of dhakan if you're soloing. They can also be handy if you need that extra tiny push beyond heroism/greater heroism to hit a search DC.

Same as with tasty ham, the turkeys can be thrown into the stone of change to get turkey oil for warforged, it has the same effects as the original thing but is robo-compatible.

The sentient items eating other named things I can see not impacting things too much during heroic levels since it's minimal sentient XP from them, but it'll certainly mean something more worthwhile than just a handful of plat when I clear out some bits & pieces that have been clogging up my character's banks mainly out of sentimentality - and reducing the number of things kept in TR caches might result in some minor performance increases too since there's a smaller chunk of extra data being carried around by the character.

The main thing I think is a shame about sentient weapons is that they're limited to weapons as I'd kinda like to have a sentient shield that, eg. complains about being hit in the face when actively blocking, or a sentient orb because there's some that look like skulls... ok I'll admit it I just want to combine that with the vampire hunter longcoat so I can have Harry Dresden & Bob.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

I never run Dreamin or Shaverath. Blow to Bits is one of my favorite quests. I always do Cannith. LoB is oneof my most favortie raids.

I like to get ninja in Storming.

Good call. We need moar ham.

    Enjoyed the cast.
