Lightning Bolt tips?

As an Air Savant Sorc, Lightning Bolt is a staple. So, what are everyone's tips for how to best use it? Line-up multiple targets? Line-up the bounce shot? Move with the target incase they move between the time it's cast and it hits them?

Kiting is key in DDO, this is the case here too.

If you're soloing, just fall back down the closest corridor, and let fly once they're all chasing you.

Though, to be fair, at the level the SLA becomes available, it's just a way to save up SP for those times the enemies group up and Chain Lightning is the superior option of the two.

Good tip on getting them to follow you down a corridor.

Chain Lightning is great, but something like 5 times more spell points than lightning bolt. Sure, it does more damage, but when a lightning bolt can kill them in two hits when spend the extra sp? It's more about how to hit the most with your lightning bolt so that it is more than a single target spell.
