Ok, I just tried to go VIP again....its been a year or so...cannot do it through account management anymore it seems so after a lot of frustration, I do it through the game login/DDO store...or so I think. Xolla wants a 4 digit code to verify my major cc visa before I get my purchase. Well, there is no F$*#&@g 4 digit code to be found...I've been through this twice now and I'm at frustration saturation. Either somebody make this valid purchase happen or I can go back to Everquest and spend my money there or maybe try WoW since I'm one of 3 peeps on the planet who haven't. Giving turbine $30 should not be a broked%$k quest. Thanks.

subscriptions are handled in-game via the store, look on top of store box for "manage subscriptions" from a character, not the character selection screen

A lot of credit card companies have recently added extra verification steps for online purchases. You will probably need to call the CREDIT CARD company to find out what code you need to use and how to either find out what it is or reset it.

I had problems like this 2 years ago or so, my credit card was making me verify purchases all the time. Call your card company/bank.

Steam still makes me verify pretty often, says I am trying to log in from a new location/system, even though it is the same home cpu I use all the time. Honestly, I'm not sure how much these added security measures are helping, they are probably a bigger hindrance to customers than they are to criminals.

seems to be an issue with Xsolla who ever they are...last time I paid to play it was all Turbine and at least the payment stuff was easy and straight forward.

Is it SMSing you and youre not getting the SMS? (In which case does your CC have the right number recorded)

My bank always used to require extra steps for payments to Turbine until I phoned them up one day and asked them why as it was a regular payment to a trusted company. I haven't had any problems since then.

in game paypal is going through with a single click these days if you have set it as your payment account... just a suggestion for an alternative.

I dealt with this problem the other day trying to buy points with my visa. Call the toll free number on the back of the card and ask them for the 4 letter word included in the most recent transaction. (There's a 1 or 2 $ transaction charged to your card temporarily when you try to pay and in it there's a 4 character code). Once you enter that, your purchase should go through.
