I am unable to purchase the expansion from the ddo market. After trying numerous different cc I get the same payment auth failed message. I did some research and found that this seems to be a common issue with digital river. So I thought no problem I will just call up digital river support and get it fixed. But instead they tell me that they do not provide support for turbine and give me an old non working turbine support number.
So at this point I am already a bit annoyed that the only way to purchase this xpac is from a site that does not even offer support when the product can not be purchased from them. But I press on and decide to contact SSG support only to find out that they don't even have a proper phone support where can speak to a person and get the issues resolved. So I submitted the email support but not sure how much good that is going to do me as it will most likely be a great deal of time before anyone decides to send out some canned response that does not even address the problem and close the ticket.
I have zero problems making purchases in the ddo store or any other site. I have called my bank and the problem is not on there end.
So at this point I I'm unsure what to do. My question outside of my rant is has anyone else had this problem and how did you get it addressed or if you were able to at all.
