    Default DDO Store not working at all

    Hello, I've submitted a ticket a couple of days ago, but there was no reply so I'd like to try here.

    I have returned to the game after over a year of absence and DDO store is not working at all. Or rather, it opens a black window for DDO store which remains that way, until it closes itself roughly 10 minutes later. I tried changing it to External Store option in UI settings, but it's not working either, there is an empty, black google chrome screen and that's about it.

    Please send help, I have no clue how much TP I have, but as non-VIP it's kind of important to have access to that.

    Try to use a new version of firefox, i had the same trouble with older browsers...also might help to alt + enter to a small window with the game before trying to open the store.

    Same issue here the store opens up to a black screen only for me. If I open up and other windows and close them it closes the store to, it worked a week ago tho

    edit: switching to external browser completely locks my out of the game. it will not actually open the window keeps minimizing the client and will not allow me to keep it open. can only right click close to get out of game
