Alignment Past Lives, Someone asked for it... here's a suggestion for it

One past life as each alignment = You may activate the top tier in an additional enhancement tree (top tier in two tree (not counting racial trees) now possible)

Two past lives as each alignment = +2 Universal Tree action points (Can only be used in Vistani Knife Fighter Tree, and Harper Tree.... and any other universal tree that is later on added)

Three Past lives as each alignment = +3 Universal Tree Action points (+5 total)
