I purchased the ultimate fan bundle for the upcoming expansion and despite some initial confusion on how the goods were redeemed I managed to get it applied to my account. Only after did someone point out to me that I was supposed to get a tome on each character for a free racial enhancement point and did not. Am I missing it or has it just not been released yet?

i also purchased the ultimate bundle, but i never received the hirelings,the cosmetic outfits,the extra 10 shared bank slots,the weapon mist,the extra character slot or the 2 pets. anyone know how to get these? or is anyone else missing these as well?
