    Thumbs down GM Response Times (and responses ...)

    While I can't say how the issue is on other servers (I'm playing on Wayfinder), but the response time to tickets in DDO is horrible it takes a GM an average of 10 hours to respond to a ticket.

    Also I more and more get the impression that most of them don't even read the tickets, just post the standard : "Oh, you were offline, we can't help you" - message and close the ticket, which is a great way to get rid of customers and VIPs alike.

    Is this only the case on Wayfinder or are GMs virtually nonexistent on other servers as well ?

    I have simular experiences.
    I even had that message when i was online ( not afk or anom.)
    For issues like getting stuck in world, quest or npc bugging out, i no longer make a ticket.
    The same goes for grieving and trolling.
    Even lost gear doesn't prompt me to make a ticket, although i have screenshots of every item, the mods never gave me my items back.

    Only for lost tomes/destinies do i take the effort.

    I can't remember a time when GM response times were actually good. But it does seem to be getting worse from what I remembered.

    there was a real drop off when they separated from WB
    Without new players DDO will go the way of the dodo.
