Default My Pure Monk Vistani Knife Build

Originally built for pure monk with whirlwind and wanting the Ninja Master for the Vorpal. But when Vistani Knife came out, I experimented with the tree, and really liked it.
I was at a monk level 17 when this Vistani came out, currently at level 23. I don't want to respect, don't want to spend the money on it, but I'm curious if anyone else has a monk Vistani build and if so what their build looks like. The build could definitely could use some tweaking as I didn't expect to become a big fan of the Vistani Knife tree.
For instance, I'm not sure I'd take CE if I knew I wasn't going to use Whirlwind, and consequently would not have started with an INT of 13.

Level 30 Lawful Good Halfling Male

    (36 Point) (Level 1) (Level 30)
    Strength 11 16
    Dexterity 18 23
    Constitution 14 19
    Intelligence 13 18
Wisdom 16 28 (leveled up here)
    Charisma 8 13

    Tomes Used: +5 Tome

Skills: UMD, Concentration, Balance, Hide, Sneak
Past Life: Barb, Druid, Paladin, Warlock

    1-Dodge, CE
    2-TWF
    3-Mobility, Light Path
6-Spring Attack, Whirlwind ----note: switched to PA around level 17
    9-ITWF
12-IC: Bludgeoning ---note: Switched to Cleave at same time I switched to PA
    18-Greater Cleave
    21-GTWF
24 – Took Overwhelming Critical --- Improved Martial Arts did not work, it did not add .5

    Currently level 24:
    26 – Perfect TWF
    27 – Blinding Speed
    28 – Elusive Target
    29 – Dire Charge
30 – Harbinger of Chaos, Scion of the Ethereal Plane

    Epic:
I stay in Unyielding Sentinel Tree with the following twists:
    1. Rejuvenation Cocoon
    2. Dance of Flowers – adds 1.5W to damage
    3. Legendary Tactics - +6 to dc of Quivering Palm

A brief note on Whirlwind: the graphics are great looking, but seemed really slow and looks like it only hits one target. So I switched to PA, Cleave and Great Cleave.

Regrets-I leveled up as monk with the idea of having a high Wisdom for obvious reasons, but if I had to do it over again, I would consider leveling up in Dexterity instead. Although, DC on Quivering Palm is nice and hits regularly.

The only other slight problem I am having is with skeletons; during the end fight in LoD with the skeletons I switch briefly back to handwraps. Kind of nice to have as a backup.

I stay in wind stance all the time and the speed is incredible. I am usually maxed out on Ki, just because I use the Vistani actions, and hit Fists of Light and Quivering Palm whenever the cool down on these is done.

    Gear of note:
Dagger1 - Blade of the High Priestess
    Dagger2 - Sacrificial Dagger
Dagger3 - Guardian of the Liturgy - this is an awesome dagger, damage is 1d10.

    Wind Stance Stats:
    Dodge: 24% - with action boost - 44%
PRR: 100 with gear and enhancements – burst (20 seconds with mist stalker) 130
    MRR: 49 - action boost 79
    AC: 108
    Double-strike: 22%
Attack Speed bonus: 15% - with action and haste pot 45%
    Fortitude: 40
    Reflex: 47
    Will: 47
    Hit Points: 848

    Mountain Stance Stats:
Dodge: 24% - with action boost from mist stalker V- 44%
PRR: 115 with gear and enhancements – burst (20 seconds with mist stalker V) 145
    MRR: 49 - action boost 79
    AC: 123
    Double Strike: 10%
    Attack Speed bonus: 0
    Fortitude: 43
    Reflex: 44
    Will: 47
    Hit Points: 917

note: the above doesn't include the burst from Vistani Fortune, I really never check which one I get. Anyone is really good.

    Enhancements:
Vistani – 42 --- mist stalker line, Vistani knife line, deadly blades (a must for monk)
    Hensin – 6
    Ninja – 24
    Shintao - 8

AC is around 120, Hit points over 800.

I'm at work right now so I can't confirm this, I'll update when I get home.

Note: I've been able to solo EH, Am going to try EE at some point.

I do not have one yet but my fantasy is 15 monk/4 rogue/1 whatever (probably fighter or another rogue level--need to study it more). I want to stack fast movement speeds; have a base movement of 25%; use both Sting of the Ninja and assassin Venomed Blades and be able to use abundant step and noisemaker traps. Until now, the only way to do this viably was as with a similar split but using either wraps or brush hooks. Either way, the result was the loss of powerful capstones. So with Vistani, this could work awesomely. Maybe in a year I will do it...

I feel like the whole excitement of trees like Vistani is to take advantage of either 1) multiclassing or 2) giving a weak melee class some power (like cleric or fvs). I do not think it is a boost to a pure monk but it certainly is viable, especially if you have lots of good daggers.

I have a Mythic boosted 4MP Epic Assassin's Kiss so vistani is looking really good...

Awesome. Knew someone would post one before I got to write up mine. I agree on dex, so much better. The attack speed is awesome. Been playing in Fire though for +1 Crit multiplier.

I must say, while I had fun with Vistani knife, Saekee was 100% correct.
I think this might be better with a multi-class option with either Rogue, Ranger, Fighter, etc. or to add melee boost to weaker melee classes.

I switched back to using handwraps, and the DPS from handwraps is far superior, at least with a 100% monk build.
