    Default Ranged AE specialist

Anyone have a good ranged Specialist build that is decent at AE damage? I play a mech rogue and while I love the single target power, on packs of trash mobs it just drive insane that I can't do much ae damage to them. Anyone have a heroic or epic version that wanna share? I assume arti might be the only option?

Take the Improved Precise Shot feat.
It makes your shooting AE, in a line.
If you are good at positioning you can hit a lot of targets.

Yeah I have that. My mech is spec for pure dps and has all the correct feats/gear/passlives ect. IPS is great but in 60% of the quest the fights are close quarters or have elevation changes that make lining them up not an option. So still looking for a decent AE build that can be useful in any situation.

Practice practice practice with IPS. Being a short race (like halfling) can help a lot with this too. Moving well, using leg shot, stay frosty, and dragging trash to where you want to fight instead of just pushing forward can create good situations for IPS, I'd say there are only about 15% of the quests that IPS is hard to use as good aoe DPS. The DPS from IPS is more held back by how bad Bow and Xbow damage is compared to melee setups (or, you know, throwers).

Wisdom based AA para-builds can make IPS'n easier, but their damage is lower than Xbow builds. (I really like 12 fvs / 6 monk / 2 fighter Elf)
Poppytop of Khyber; I have no alts. Sodapoppy, Poppydieslot, and Poppytart may never be seen in the same party as me but, I assure you, that is because of reasons other than their being alts.

20 Mechanic, using time bomb in heroics, and using dire charge w/ harper int to hit and KTA > time bomb in epics, in LD, with an action boost running, followed by energy burst twist.
