Epic reflexes Question

looking at the feat I don't see a prereq and just want to make sure. If I only take two levels of rogue and get the reflex skill, will I be eligible for Epic Reflex during the epic levels? Not failing on a 1 is something I just enjoy to much to pass on and right now with my 18 rogue/2 arti I love it. But i am thinking of making an Arti 18/2 rogue or a Ranger splashed with two rogue. Want to make sure I can still take epic reflexes on either of those two future builds.

Only prerequisite is to be level 27. Should be able to take it on any character. Worth it on any high dex/reflex toons.
