Cormyrian Weapon Improvements

First Upgrade-Custom Rename The Weapon to make it your own, weapon gets a +1 added to it's enhancement bonus.

Second Upgrade-Cannith Extra slot unlocked (Craft using an extra shard onto this).

Third Upgrade-Adds Augment Slot

Fourth Upgrade- item counts as random gen item for purpose of festival enchants

I suggested here https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...ion?highlight= that they be redesigned for a non-lottery option. I think the non-lottery selectable one should also come with a red slot
