    Default 1 Item lost on TR

    Not sure how important an item it is, as it doesn't say. This is the message posted in the client:

    (Error): 1 item not transfered to your reincarnation cache. Please log out and back in to re-try the process. If you continue to receive this message, contact customer service and give them this info: [NAMEMaetrim [M])][WORLD:Cannith-56][SERVERTIME:255943799.576612]

    This message appeared last night after I first TR'd and two more times tonight after login and retry just before the server downtime on Friday 27th October.
    Not sure how else to contact customer service?
