    Default Rune Arms

Have noticed arti runearms getting more difficult to acquire. How about making more of them available, maybe a vendor for rune arms of basic variety ie. force, acid, cold bolt, fire shot, electric whip.
Thelanis: Drowmon, Dwapal, Elvran, Gnowar, Halcle, Helart, Helwiz, Horfig, Humdru, Sunnsett, Wafoar, Wardrakni

There have only ever been named rune arms, so I don't think they can be getting more difficult to acquire. I don't know why they aren't included in loot gen, but maybe it is difficult to create basic or random models. Or maybe it is a bit of flavour - they are pretty unique weapons, not the sort of thing that turns up in any old chest.

There are definitely certain runearms that are hard to acquire (e.g. Strinati's, Toven's, Titan's Fist, Whirling Words).

But there are also some decent runearms that are end-of-chain rewards with a fairly high drop rate.
Khyber's Fury from Splinterskull and Chimera's Breath from Sentinels come to mind, but probably the easiest one to
get is Corruption of Nature (both Heroic and Epic), because it can drop both from the quest Outbreak and from the chain
    end reward.

Lucid Dreams is not horrible to farm for. You don't even have to bother with the fruit-loop locked chest at the end of
Mindsunder, just run the quest every day because every 3rd completion you get a good shot at getting it.

Tira's Splendor also isn't that bad - watch Voodu Spyce show you the way
and this is another one you just run every day until you get it.

    Hope your luck improves!

Seriously, I have a couple artis, have been hitting 3BC regularly, solely for Strinatis Arm Cannon, hasn't dropped yet, entered and re-entered to get it till chest is ransacked, nothing. I mean somewhere, maybe only one vendor say in House Cannith, that sells basic rune arm. ie: Force Rune arm, imbues force, no extra bonuses. And at different charge tiers. (I-V)
Lower level artis have pretty much only Thought Spike (better than nothing), and Flame Warden (one Kobolds messed up).
I know you can buy some in Store, but there is no indication of what level they are up to. They also get difficult/impossible to buy since I can no longer purchase points cards.

    Scroll down for the table.

I doubt I have one on Thelanis, but I can email you one if I have one. Not a hard farm if you use an epic toon and alts (or friends) to pass in chest if your main doesn't pull.

There is other strategy for farming the wilds of 3BC, http://ddowiki.com/page/Cannoneer_Strinati . I'm too sleep list them all, but I've had better luck group farming the slayer to get the rare/chest.

Strinati's has a low drop rate - I ransacked the chest twice on two characters, and finally got it on my 30-something attempt.
But the "rare" spawns every instance, so your best bet is to get 5 buddies together to tilt the odds more in your favor and
then go get it. It's Bind-on-Equip, so you can farm it with any character (and very rarely find it on the AH, along with
    Hand of the Tombs).

Exactly my point. Many rune arms are BOA, and drop so rarely they never make it to AH. Should be made to drop more frequently, BOE, since AH has section for rune arms.

You do know that the DDO store once sold generic craftable rune arms, right?

They just need to find a way to do such again, perhaps an extension of the cannith crafting system?
