    Default Internal Error, please contact customer support message.

    I've been playing for 5 days straight. Signed up for VIP, bought some currency, now this morning this.

    Internal error, please contact custer support.

    Any info on this problem? I'm assuming it's at least partially global, but some troubleshooting advice would be good.

    DDO: If a problem cannot be solved by the application of DPS, you're not applying enough.

    Happens every Wed about this time (w/ rare exceptions). Usually lasts only a couple/few hours, this is expected to be much longer than normal.

    I have always felt that message could use more clarity. It's... very uncommunicative.

    maybe if we all actually did contact customer support when that message pops up they fix the message? okay i am somewhat joking here, but that message is very uninformative, misleading, and might potentially actually generate unnecessary work for CS. getting that changed is kind of one of my pet peeves.
