    Default Where are the godamn items I bought SENT

    I have wasted an hour and a half trying to figure out where in the literal **** the item I just bought (on your website because you cant figure out how to make it work ingame) went to. Apparently with no warning or instruction what so ever it just slaps the item on the character you were logged in with last. I deleted that character. Last time I played it didnt give me benefits for subbing for 3 months so I quit after customer support was no help. This store is actively trying to keep me from staying. How do features on your industry-ancient game STILL work this terribly? Lucky I ****in' love Dungeons and Dragons. Not bashing Dungeons and Dragons- Definitely bashing the store and handling of it.
    1. I've bought a month and it never showed in game history or gave benefits. Had to get that refunded.
    2.The next month didn't give benefits until I opened a ticket and spoke with someone.
    3.The store you buy these things in doesn't function and hasn't functioned in some time within the game.
    4. The WEBSITE substitute does not function fully.

    Cmon Standing Stones what are you doing guys?

    Default Item Claim Tab

    Pretty easy way to prevent things like this would be to include somewhere either the fact that if it is a singular useable item it will simply be placed on your link-source character, OR create a tab of temporary storage for DDO-Store bought items WAITING to be claimed on a specific character.
