Pardon the interruption. Ive come back after a long hiatus and was curious as to what happened to the Eberron Server and if my characters are still on it? I have a few level 20s and althought id hate to start over, was curious about what happened.

There was no "Eberron" server. Just check all the servers, if you logged into the account correctly, your characters will be there.

Eberron is the name of the setting - There's never been a server called "Eberron".

You may need to check each server for your characters.
The good news is Turbine started with the philosophy of not deleting users or characters. SSG seems to be continuing this philosophy.
Of course this is all contingent on being logged in on the right account. Next is picking the right server.

I do so apologize, my thoughts misfire once in a while. It appears that none of my characters exist anymore on any server. Oh well, starting over is fun anyway so its no big deal. Thanks.

While looking at the Launcher window, after entering your login credentials, press the "Transfer" button instead of starting the game.
This will show you a list of all the servers you have characters on. As long as you were on a US server, all your characters will be there.
Then cancel out of the transfer window and pick the server you saw your characters on, and you should be good to go.
Unless you played on an EU server, of course...

You'll have to largely anyway, as any character that old will need to be rebuilt to some large extent. Fortunately, you'll have a free +20 Heart of Wood plus a Lesser HoW to help you with that task. Originally Posted by corellionxev
