I don't know how to go about contacting the devs but figured this would be a way to get some attention. I have always liked the idea of master blitz in the fighter destiny tree and loved the change to give stacks based on a 10% chance per hit on an enemy but... The change itself helps a lot of players in order to keep stacks in harder difficulty quests where enemies have lots of hps or for boss dps. On the down side of things this majorly affects quests where enemies don't have many hps at all or running with other groups where you aren't able to get more than a few swings in. So i want to reach out to the devs to think about slightly changing master blitz to be helpful in all situations more than say bow users or shuriken throwers where they have lots of proc potentials.
I want to get an idea of what others think but in my opinion i have 2 ideas: First idea is to move the 1/10 hits will land a proc to more like a 1/4 chance. This will help fighters that don't get more than a few hits in on an enemy. Second idea is to keep the 10% chance to help keep the dps up on bosses but bring back the stack for killing an enemy. This will help keep boss dps up without giving a huge increase to chance on procs but also help during the quest for enemies that don't have a lot of hps and melee users are killing them in just a couple swings.
So please devs take into consideration on the upcoming update to take a minor look at a simple rework to master blitz. I feel the second idea would be the better of the two options but would take a little more rework than just changing a 10% to 25%.
