    Default Trying to become VIP. Can't due to horrible garbage software and no customer service

    So I saw there was a new update and thought I'd come back for a month to check out the new Cleric domains. Well, I've repeatedly tried to upgrade my subscription to VIP but when I do the icon just spins and spins and spins. I let it go once for over an hour and it never confirmed the purchase. Support is worthless and refuses to assist. They refuse to help and sort of refer me to Standing Stone Games who's website doesn't work. The help icon is unclickable so there is no way to even put in a ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is both in IE and Chrome. Someone needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder this game is dying. My internet connection is 100% fine. No issues there at all. Does the DDO Store just not work weekends?

    What OS are you on? Have you tried selecting the option to open the ddo store in game instead of a browser window (or vice versa)? Have you cleared your browser history, cache, and cookies recently? Have you checked that you're on the newest version of the browser you're using?
