I am asking this on behalf of my friend, is there any updates as to when this might be available? He was hoping to purchase the pack, w/o having to purchase the destinies separate. He has a character sitting at lvl 20 waiting for this to be available again.

Status report: We're close, and at one point had hoped we could get this done in time for this week's sales, but unfortunately an issue came up during testing that prevented us from going live with it (there are still a few things not being delivered correctly.) We expect Menace of the Underdark to be back in December.

Any update?

I recently had a well-received thread where I questioned which to do first, heroic or racial tr. Many did a good job convincing me I should venture above lvl 20, for epic and/or iconic lives. I don't have MOTU, so I don't have ED's - I can't see going above 20 without having ED's. So - I want to spend some cash, and can't.

In desperation (and against my inner-cheapskate, who tells me to only buy bundles), I looked for ED's separate in the store, but can't find. I thought maybe I had to be lvl 20 for them to be available, but, got to 20 and still nothing. I have looked in the store both when logged in on a toon, and from the intro, toon-select screen, nothing. Am I missing something, or arthey also removed from the store?

The feedback in this thread on Steam purchases is hit-or-miss : an official word from SSG on if Steam purchases will work / are supported would be nice.

EDs definitely used to be available in the store. They are an account-wide unlock, so the best way to look for them is while you're at the character selection screen, as this will filter out all the character-specific stuff.

I'd expect that after the post-release scramble from Ravenloft subsides that they'll run the final mile on this fix. We have new and new-ish guildies who have been "patiently" waiting for MoTU, and new players drawn in by the Mists will want to know how they get at all those MoTU quests they see in their quest journal.

Since taking a long break and recently coming back to DDO I have bought Epic Destinies from the DDO store, Ravenloft and the Shadowfell packs. My group mates have informed me that MoTU is a "must buy, bang for my buck" purchase. I tried to add it for the 50% "bundle" for purchase along with Shadowfell and it did not work as expected. Will you be honoring the $17.95 discounted price that was offered for those of us who tried to buy it along with Shadowfell?

I would advise anyone who purchased the expansion and hasn't received it to get a refund. Its very simple depending on the type of CC you used to make the purchase, you can call them and let them know that you haven't received anything, and I am positive they will look into it, and help you get it resolved.

I enjoy how Cordovan put a post up today telling us how putting multiple tickets in will not make anything work faster or get a DM to respond any quicker. What I enjoy the most of that post is that they strategically made it so that we can't respond to it, and why would they cause they know that the response would be mostly negative and they don't want to take responsibility.

The DM/Customer service in the game since I have been back is by far the worse I have ever experienced since 2006. I had to download and install a chat program called https://discordapp.com/ in order to get the attention of the Standing Stone Games Admin's because apparently they're too busy playing games and chatting in chat rooms to answer our tickets and or issues that players have in-game. They should be striving to give us the best possible gaming experience especially to everyone, and to those of us who pay to play.

The DM in my case says nothing to me of my problem and only comes in and closes the ticket, and only links the SSG email even tho I asked specifically that when he/she answers the ticket to please allow me to speak with him/her for a few moments about the problem. So I wait hours for them to respond to only be completely ignored!! I couldn't do this at my job I'd be fired!!

The only reason I purchased the $141.00 Fan bundle Ravenloft expansion was to support the game, that's basically it. Thus far the expansion has not really impressed me all that much or made me say WOW that was really cool, or "DIFFERENT" Maybe as I explore it further that will happen. On the other hand the Bavorian weapon giver after the Mist's quest wants to hand my character a level 29 weapon when he's only level 11. Go figure..
