Purchased DDO points. Then purchased the Platinum Shared Bank option. It deducted the DDO points, but said Error code: 1000-0001 and I don't have the shared option in-game (store history does show the shared option purchased successfully). Can you guys flip a switch so I have the shared bank in the game?
