Option for Epic Racial TRs

I've personally never done a racial TR.

But I know a lot of people who are stuck doing heroic racial TRs.

How about having the option for epic racial TR as well?

This would give people the option to grind epic levels instead of heroic, and make more over powered toons available for raids and epic questing.

I'd love some (progression) reason to go back to epics once in awhile now that I have all my epic and iconic past lives.

It is just not clear to me what you mean with an option for epic racial true reincarnation? How should that work at all?
Another kind of reincarnation would basically not solve the described problem, besides you would change the level you need to do a racial from 20 to 30 or is this your intention?
People would still be “stuck” in heroic level if they only want to get the current racial past lives done, even if we have another kind of reincarnation.

And just some tips a bit off topic (sorry)
I would recommend a combination between racial true reincarnation (RTR) and epic reincarnation (ER) if you still need both. This way you get all first time and bravery bonuses for each ER too and its overall more effective than staying in epic levels to get your ERs done. Not to forget you have more variety while playing.

I can of course only speak for myself but for me there good reasons to play epic even if my main only needs racial past lives (he got triple HTR, ITR, and ER).

I play epic quests foremost because I want to play them. Because it is fun for me, which is basically the reason why I play at all.
If you want reaper enhancement progression and you play the epic level you get each time you play another epic quest 120% first-time bonus for your reaper experience. And often enough even another 50% bravery streak bonus (if you don't got the bonus while you played the quest in heroic difficulty).
You get favor and this gives you some rewards at the end (I exchange the +2 and +5 tome for Purified Eberron Dragonshard Fragments each life) and not to forget free DDO points.
If you do every quest each life (some heroic and epic) you have all sagas completed and this can give you skill tomes (more Purified Eberron Dragonshard Fragment if you don't need them anymore) or guild renown. The normal experience reward is not really an option for you then because if you go for reaper experience you don't have to worry about normal experiences at all.

Beside of this some kind of different use for quest experience points might help to give players a reason to play, even if they are at experience cap and if they have everything done.
If you could store them and exchange them for something nice for example.

It is true that 1-20 takes most people a fair bit longer than 20-30. However there's a substantial segment of the population that has basically almost entirely retreated to heroics because they have little to gain from doing epics. This hurts epic/legendary group formation a lot, because a lot of those same folks are in the primary LFM poster group on each server.
My suggestion is make an epic run 20-30 into a half-heart of blood (i.e, do 20-30 twice and get one racial TR out of it). That's stock the pond a little better for people looking for epic groups---right now the only epics I'm running are for tokens of the twelve.

I think now I understand, just an alternative way to get the same.
Another idea is, you need level 30 to do a racial true reincarnation which is more consistent in my opinion.

Or how about this, if you are level 30, you do a kind of epic reincarnation (ER), you just only level back from 30 to 20 and you get an experience token for it.
I don't know how many experiences you should get this way, maybe enough for level 10?

I would like it better if you could take a character from 1-30 and get both a heroic and racial past life (similar to iconic's getting a heroic + iconic past life) for a new heart let's call it a True Heart of Lineage and it costs 20 Tokens of the twelve +42 heart seeds.

This way if you wanted you could take a character from 1-30 and ETR to get an epic past life then level back to 30 (without many first time bonuses) and use the new heart to go back to 1 and get one heroic and one racial past life.

Let's face it the TR grinds are becoming ludicrous and this would at least make it more palatable.
