Any Help please.. a lot of my stuffs disappeared..

I am from High Lords of Malkier,
one of my main toons today, ' Littlemama Whooopass'
had some difficulty after doing a Racial Reincarnation,
is there someone in Customer Service that can help this weekend ??

I did submit a ticket, but not hearing back ..
My gear/ stuffs disappeared,
I did my Racial Reincarnation, all was fine, as a level 1
Started to set up my hotbars, pulled my lowbie gear out of the TR cache, put stuffs in my bank and pack; got myself dressed ....
then when I logged to get something off another toon, and came back, well I was totally Nekked... all my stuffs was gone out of my backpack and bank, the gear I put on has vanished, but my TR cache what was left is intact.
I have 'ghost' images on my hotbars, of the things I had just put there, my usual things ~ yugo pots, masks, eternal flasks, etc.
I thought maybe perhaps there was an odd glitch, so I re-booted my computer totally again, and then also checked my buy back, in case it got 'lost' somehow that way; but none of those items was there.

I am most concerned, not for my stuffs I can buy again, but my permanent gold seal lvl 3 cleric, my yugo pots sets I just bought last night, and my Arch necklace, my Quiver of Alacrity and eternal flasks and such, are valuable for me.
I am a VIP since 2007 in good standing.

Love the game and thankyou for all you do for us... but I am in need of assistance.
I hope this is not a new 'glitch'??

You already submitted a ticket (hopefully a support ticket, not an ingame ticket), so now you just wait and pray. There's no customer service (the kind you need) available on the weekends. GM's won't do anything but tell you to submit a bug report and close your ticket.

A couple people have gotten a few items back when this glitch occurs, but it took weeks and weeks and keeping the topic in the spotlight here. But not everyone. Good luck, you're going to need it.

Seems to be a recurring thing, i can't remember but i think you may not receive all your stuff back. I think i remember reading somewhere about some people getting to chose a few items, some tp or getting some or most of their stuff.

It is the worst feeling i'm sure sorry to see another casualty.

not sure if a Dev repaired it, or the game rolled back for me,
but,
this evening when I logged back on Littlemama, I saw that my TR Cache was full again, I pulled some stuff out, and there was a huge overflow in it,
more items kept filling up as I pulled out, when I saw my Quiver of Alacrity, and my Jibbers; I was overjoyed with gladness...
and I am glad I got my treasures back.

and I am glad I got my treasures back.

A win for the good guys. Unless your toon is not a good guy. Then it would be a win for the bad guys.

Though, if your toon is a true neutral. A win happened in there somewhere. The balance was maintained.

I'm having the same problem except the stuff didn't come back after re-logging. Opened a ticket, six days later, no action.

I have seen this when the items go back from your bank etc into you TR cache. It is a heart stopping moment.

Sounds like you won the DDO lottery. If your feeling really lucky you could try to TR again.
