My Mouse Won't Click on Delete, Create or Options on the Main Menu

I have wanted to create a new character and delete my old one, but I couldn't click on delete or create. I then went to click on options to see if I could fix it, but I couldn't click on that either. Someone pls help I would appreciate it.

Have the exact same problem can't select anything with the mouse?

Are you running the game client in a language other than English? I know that can cause strange issues sometimes, if so try changing to English and see if that works. (The foreign languages have not been officially supported in a long time they really should just remove them.)

same issue here, glad i didn't pay up in advance. 3rd time i went through a complete install, installed all app uprade downloads including Direct X, which i do not believe i needed. very bad impression of the game so far.

I had a problem like this, where mouse clicks would not register in part of the screen. In my case, the Windows 10 Game Bar was lurking invisibly in the foreground blocking things. You may have some invisible window blocking part of your screen. If mouse clicks don't work anywhere in the game, I don't know what that could be.

You could try switching between full screen and windowed to see if that makes a difference, which might help narrow things down. You can press ALT-ENTER to toggle between full screen and windowed modes.

This issue is generally caused by something running in background that takes the "focus" and thus prevents you clicking on anything because the DDO "window" is not active.
