Feeling Ignored

Has anyone else been ignored by in game support. I have been waiting for 5 hours from 2-7 p.m. on a Friday for support. Not even a message from some one telling me they really don't care or anything. I just paid my subscription to come back and play my toon and he is broken from some change that made. The issue is dance of death no longer working with hand wraps. I build my character around using that enhancement and the change makes my build dump. Any one else feel ignored here?

Ok so you are contacting SSG about a past mod that broke your character and expect a same day answer?

There is likely much conversation on the forums here you can search. Surely you could have found topics by now.

You are likely going to have to do the homework yourself ... or simply ask the same questions you asked SSG in the build threads... the community here will certainly help you out.

The problem is, if you log off they just close the ticket and say you should've been on. I've heard about these from times before. As is the only time I attempt in game support is if a quest breaks and the last one that broke I waited 30 minutes before giving up and just pretty much re running the quest. Which happened to be ToEE.

didnt sound like a same day solution but at least a response at all. communication is kind of important in customer support. also maybe he works a great deal and cannot do the research himself or just has you know, a life outside the game. i mean why would anyone in their right mind do some one elses job for them while not getting payed to do so; all the whilst using your personal time to fix some ones customer support????
