Can somebody perheps help

I am having an issue and I am not sure how to solve it. Before I submit this as a ticket I was wondering if anybody could possibly have an answer.
I did the initial crafting quests, but after that, I seem to have developed a problem. My crafting XP is stuck and will not increase, when I deconstruct items, they don't seem to count, and I am getting no essences in treasure chests.
Basically crafting is broken for me and I am not sure how to fix it.

Any suggestions before I submit this as a ticket?

first - log on and off that might fix it
2nd - is the disolver in your bank or bag? if it is bank put it on the char

Well it's not that. The actual crafting itself is working. I can key items for crafting, and I can use the shards to make +1 items, but the crafting experience doesn't increase. I also do not seem to be finding essences in treasure chests.

Crafting shards you can XP ransack on or be higher level than the crafting requirement to the point where you do not get XP for crafting lower level shards.

Essences don't always drop in chests.


Try a simple XP test...
open your character sheet go to the crafting tab.
look at your crafting XP total.
Leave this screen open, then deconstruct an item.. you should gain 5 crafting XP for every item you deconstruct.


If you don't gain any xp for deconstructing, try putting a ticket in.. but will likely have to do a bug report as this may be beyond what a GM can resolve.

Not sure why there's any doubt here - you were clear in your OP. If you're seeing it right (and it's not that complex), this is a bug, send a ticket.

Mmm, don't think that's accurate.

Afaik, the XP varies from 1-5 based on the Minimum Level of the item dissolved. (And disjuncting (aka "making a blank") gives no xp.
