48 Hrs and no one answering my ticket for help?

Purchased 3 packs for the game on Sunday totalling $134.97 and at time of posting the system has not yet updated my account so I cannot get access to the content? Posted a request for help on Sunday and now going towards Wednesday and still no answer. Nothing. I can see my ticket when I log in but no answer. Can some one reading this please ask or get things moving.

The sad thing is that I have been with the game since 2006. This was an account to let my friends try the game and get more friends online (encourage them to buy the game and join in)..... Not a great start and not instilling confidence.

Not sure an in game GM can assist with your problem. I would put in a ticket with account support. You can get there by clicking the game in the top menu in the forums then support.

"Packs"? Seeing how you mention the amount in $ and not points I'm going to assume it wasn't from the in-game store.
Have you applied the codes? Whatever you buy doesn't automatically get applied to your account, you pay for a code and have to enter that manually.
