    Exclamation What is going on with DDO lately?

    What's going on with DDO lately? I mean really - I go to buy DDO coins and I get charged the $$, yet receive no coins, just an error code.
    I try to contact them and get stonewalled by old webpages and incorrect contact data.
    Shard exchange is down.
    Monster manual is malfunctioning -

    really - can we the community agree that this is becoming a mild a disaster? I mean what exactly is SSG doing? Can't they divest themselves from Turbine and
    at least have updated contact info for when things go wrong? Trying to find out who to talk to in regards to a failed purchase led me down a rabbit hole that lead to contact info for WB/Turbine.

    Standing Stone - how about you stop over-committing yourself with game updates and fix some of the basic system stuff - oh and how about providing reliable contact info that's current since WB/Turbine is no longer in the picture.

    Meanwhile, still waiting either on a refund or the ddo coins.

    Sometimes I wonder why I bother expecting reliability with a 12 year old game, call me a dreamer.

    Clearly the dupers figured out how to get AS from the monster manual on repeat .... 10 million AS later, ASAH and monster manual is shut down.

    Funny story... This is true. Entirely not SSG's fault... While usually my fault, I have no idea why it crashed this time, and I'm honestly surprised it's not back up yet.

    So much that. Ravenloft isn't going to provide the game salvation if it's just window dressing on a cracked foundation... and our foundation appears to be crumbling well beyond just cracked. No point in a new paint job for a car with a busted motor...

    The analogies could go on endlessly. Really looking forward to a restoration of my confidence as a potential consumer and fincancial supporter. Genuinely wondering what threshold of suckiness the game must sink past before it's addressed instead of waved off.
    I would still like to see... Something that tests character versatility and player adaptability rather than character focus strength and quest knowledge.
    I play the quests for the content of the quests not just as an XP/min merry-go-round.
    Actual play experience is worth infinitely more than theorycrafting...

    The customer support is a myth, i swear.
    Putting in a ticket is pointless no matter your seniority nor your reason.
    Is there any actual way to get any help, or are we on Titanic, watching it go down with no life boats?
