I looked for a good Tomes or Daily Dice thread to drop this in, but they were mostly old. Then I looked through the Daily Dice Project (which was just Silver rolls anyhow) thread and saw that there were no recorded drops of a ToF there, so...
Just throwing this out there. Tomes of Fate are in the DD Gold treasure tables:

hehe nice, I've pulled a +2 tome of fate in heroic elite years ago, from a chest in "Raid the Vulkoorim". I guess we can update the wiki with your findings.

I got a +1 to +2 upgrade tome of fate a couple of months ago. Cannot remember if it was a silver or gold roll.
