Arcane Bolt/Blast Caster level?

Hey Guys,

I wanted to build an artificer 15/wiz 5 for funsies (tactical detonation for great cc, traps from arti, enhancements from AM). I don't expect it to be amazing or anything, but that's the great part about DDO...play it the way you want!

That being said...I was looking at the Arcane Bolt and Arcane Blast enhancements (as well as the magic missile enhancement) and noticed that it says per CASTER level (and also says "this counts as a level ** wizard spell) does this mean that if I have my 15/5 art/wiz, will my arcane bolt/blast only be cast at level 5? i.e. 5d6 dmg. I know that most SLAs are actually caster level=character level, but I'm unsure since it says it counts as a wizard spell.

Does anyone have any insight onto these specific enhancements and not just SLAs in general?

I'm hoping that at character level 20, 15/5 art/wiz, I will be casting arcane bolt/blast at caster level 20 i.e. 20d6 force damage. Thanks for the help!
