Purchase didn't show up in my inventory

I purchased a third Traveler's Trunk yesterday (Thursday) evening and it never showed up in my inventory. I received an email confirming the purchase and the TP was subtracted from my account, just no item.

Please help CS_Alkaid!

Thanks Fedora. I checked and it wasn't there.

Great job to the CS team who had one waiting in the mail when I logged back in. I'm guessing they are slammed with the LOTRO release.

One more thing, it did stack automatically with the other one in my inventory. Good times!
