    Default Disposable digital good has already bought

    Hi, I just bought the shadow pack on ddo website which also include the underdark pack for 17dollar, but I cannot use the code to redeem in store, it shows that disposable digital good has already bought, I m a VIP btw.

    when I use this code to https://myaccount.turbine.com to active this pack, it said The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com.. Comon I just bought this 5 mins ago. And it doesn't work. Pls help me!

    I had the exact same issue when I bought both expansions on thursday I had the problem fixed within 2 hours using that URL. Make sure you are specific with what is wrong, and attach a copy of the email they sent you with the activation codes on it because if you have to email it in to them it takes much longer.

    I have the same problem, sent a detailed ticket with attachments of the activation email and screen shot of the redeem fail, and have heard nothing. That was over two days ago, and I'm really not feeling the love.

    I finally got an answer but...all the information that I sent was ignored, and they asked for it again. In fact, they asked for information that has to be collected at the time yu create the ticket at SSG Support.

    I know well that CS is a very busy environment, and I do appreciate that they receive a lot of tickets, but it would be nice not to have to provide information that you have already provided.

    UPDATE: Issues now resolved - I will thank the CS team for not taking 21 days or more as with other players and can only hope that this indicates that they are moving to more speedy resolution of tickets.
